COST

The costs of our program to your church are threefold:

  1. The Fee - We do not charge a percentage of the amount raised. The charge is a flat fee that is very reasonable and set according to the size of your church. It is typically thirty to sixty percent lower than that of other companies doing similar types of campaigns.

    Our fee covers:
    • Follow up for three years
    • Travel
    • Car Rental
    • Lodging
    • Training Sessions
    • Training Materials
    • Training Manuals

    How our fee is paid:
    In four to six monthly installments, beginning at the time we complete the agreement. This is a flexible program that will be designed to meet the needs and expectations of your church.
     
  2. The Printed Materials - the brochure, newsletters, celebration invitation, all the personalized direct printed materials needed for mailing and distribution, the church will pay for separately.
     
  3. The Celebration Dinner (Banquet) - expense is underwritten totally by the church. Some churches choose to have this event catered, but in most cases, we have found that the church is able to facilitate this dinner at a very reasonable cost.
