PLAN

Along with establishing goals, we work directly with the Pastor, staff and leadership of the church to select a team of individuals who will lead the committees through this process. This team is trained and incorporated into a network system developed to achieve the program objectives. Through individual training and evaluations of each team leader we are constantly in review of the progress and proficiency of the program.

Our goal is to help the leaders in the church not only understand the vision and goals of the Pastor and the board, but to take ownership of that vision, so they can serve the church as Andrew served Jesus: by going out and bringing in others who will also take ownership of the vision.

In addition, we provide complete promotional services such as layout and design communication materials, graphic design concepts, visual aids, promotional videos, web design and evaluation of general public image and marketing. It is the desire of Church Financial Development to build up the kingdom by helping your church grow in your community.
